Signal sent on this visit
Sec-GPC and navigator.globalPrivacyControl below describe the browser that loaded ConsentProbe. They do not show that the pasted storefront received the header.
- Sec-GPC on the request to ConsentProbe
- Not sent
- navigator.globalPrivacyControl
- Not read in this HTML response.
JavaScript in the browser fills navigator.globalPrivacyControl. Without JavaScript, that row stays unread. Sec-GPC above is the header on the request to ConsentProbe.
Storefront behavior
This free run did not compare storefront cookies or requests with GPC off and GPC on. It cannot prove a California conclusion.
This record is a US-baseline technical check. It does not state a California GPC legal conclusion, and it does not give legal advice.

Common questions
Does my website honor GPC?
A GPC-off visit and a GPC-on visit to the same URL can show whether cookies or ad requests changed. This free page does not run that pair, so it cannot prove a California conclusion.
How do I verify Sec-GPC: 1 on the document request?
Open the document request for the page you loaded and read Sec-GPC under request headers. The GPC spec uses the value 1.
Is a CMP label of GPC detected enough?
A CMP label can say the signal was detected while ad requests still match the GPC-off visit. Keep the request list next to the label.
How do I test GPC in Chrome, Firefox, or Brave?
Turn the signal on in that browser, then confirm Sec-GPC: 1 on the document request before you record cookies or pixels. Menu labels differ by browser.
What is navigator.globalPrivacyControl versus the Sec-GPC header?
Sec-GPC is the HTTP header on the request. navigator.globalPrivacyControl is the JavaScript value in the page. File the header. A console value without the header is an incomplete record.
Does a free US ConsentProbe scan prove California GPC behavior?
No. The free run is a US baseline outside California. It does not prove a California conclusion.
What artifacts show a storefront change under GPC?
Pair a GPC-off visit with a GPC-on visit of the same URL. Keep the cookie table, request URLs, a capture of Sec-GPC: 1, the browser, and the timestamps. This free page does not collect that pair.
Can marketing still load when GPC is on?
Yes. Tags can keep loading after the browser sends Sec-GPC: 1. Compare the GPC-on request list with the GPC-off list.
