Terms covering authorized website testing, audit credits, report delivery, and acceptable use of ConsentProbe.
Authorized use
Submit only websites that you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to test. Do not use ConsentProbe for abusive scanning, vulnerability exploitation, or high-frequency automated polling.
Authorized targets
Public availability does not imply permission for unauthorized audits. Never submit URLs containing private credentials, authentication tokens, internal staging environments, or personal data.
Audit credits and refunds
Creating an audit reserves one credit. If an audit fails due to an internal worker error before evidence is stored, the reserved credit is refunded automatically to your ledger.
Report scope and legal disclaimer
Reports document observed browser behavior and highlight potential compliance risks for technical review.
Service availability
Test completion depends on target site responsiveness, bot-protection barriers, CMP complexity, and network conditions.
