How ConsentProbe collects, uses, and protects account information, billing records, and audit evidence.
Account and billing data
We collect sign-in identifiers, email addresses, Stripe customer references, subscription status, and credit ledger records to manage authentication, billing, and audit access.
Audit evidence data
When you run an audit, we record cookies, storage keys, request URLs, loaded scripts, CMP states, vendor detections, and screenshots from the submitted target site.
Data categories
Data processed includes authentication records, billing references, submitted storefront URLs, captured browser evidence, support communications, and your cookie preferences on this site.
A TC string submitted through the ConsentProbe MCP tool is decoded on our server and is not logged or stored.
Purposes and processing basis
We process this data to execute requested audit jobs, deliver reports, prevent platform abuse, handle billing, and provide customer support.
Support and diagnostics
Support emails and diagnostic logs may be reviewed to troubleshoot failed audit jobs, clarify billing questions, or fix worker issues.
Own-site tracking policy
ConsentProbe loads Google Analytics 4 only after you opt in to analytics, and only on public pages. The tag is not loaded on private report or account routes. Page location, title, and referrer are limited to public routes. Enhanced measurement, including forms, file downloads, and in-page route changes, must stay off in the Google Analytics data stream; removing the script cannot unload an already running tag. No optional third-party marketing provider is connected.
Retention and third-party processors
Audit evidence is retained for report rendering and customer support. Stripe handles payment processing. Transactional email may use configured email infrastructure. Production deployments should keep backups and access controls aligned with launch requirements.
